Partnering with operational risk stakeholders and business leaders within Commodities & Global Markets Division, drive regulatory remediation and transformation initiatives that strengthen non-financial risk management, automate processes, and unlock scalable business growth, including leading data-enabled risk oversight and process automation across trading and logistics operations workflows.

- Bachelor's degree or equivalent* in Finance or related field (Accounting, Business Administration, or Economics) and 7 years of experience in job offered or 7 years of experience in operational risk and change management within financial services. (*Combination of education or experience evaluated to be equivalent to Bachelor's degree by certified evaluator.)
- Prior experience must include 5 years managing operational risk and regulatory remediation, including automation of operational risk processes and controls
- 5 years working with commodities trading workflows and end-to-end control environments
- 5 years performing Agile change management.
Salary range for this position: $149,500 - $247,500/Year. Within this salary range the base salary may vary based upon, but not limited to, relevant experience, time in role, peer and market data, prior performance, business sector, and geographic location.
