Full Job Description
The Vice President, HR - Supply Chain and Manufacturing will serve as the senior HR leader and strategic business partner to our Supply Chain and Manufacturing leadership teams. This leader will be responsible for building a more connected, consistent, and proactive HR model across our manufacturing plants, corporate supply chain functions, planning organization, and manufacturing excellence teams.

The ideal candidate will bring deep experience in manufacturing & supply chain environments with a proven ability to develop HR leaders and partner strategically with the business. Time spent working directly in the supply chain business is strongly preferred!

What You Will Do:
  • Partner closely with manufacturing executive team and HR leadership team to strengthen leadership capability, develop strategic workforce plans, improve employee relations practices, and build a culture of accountability and engagement.
  • Lead, coach, and develop a large HR team supporting more than 5,000 team members, ensuring HR leaders are aligned, connected, and equipped to support both business priorities and frontline team member needs.
  • Assess talent, learning, leadership development, and organizational capability gaps across the supply chain and manufacturing environment, then build practical strategies to address them.
  • Help bring greater alignment across all the senior leaders and platforms to reduce disconnects, improve execution, and support consistent people practices.
  • Design and implement holistic retention and engagement strategies that are standardized across the manufacturing network while still responsive to plant-level needs and workforce dynamics.
  • Use workforce data, turnover trends, engagement insights, talent metrics, and plant-level feedback to identify root causes and drive meaningful, long-term initiatives instead of short-term reactions.
  • Support organizational change, new operating models, planning structure changes, and transformation initiatives with strong communication, change management, and stakeholder alignment.

  • Ability to balance strategic thinking with practical execution, especially in fast-paced manufacturing environments where consistency, clarity, and speed matter.
  • Strong change management, communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills.
  • Bachelor's degree required. Advanced degree or HR certification preferred.


What We Offer:

The base salary range for this position is $187,000 to $312,000 annually, with eligibility for a 40% annual incentive bonus based on organizational performance. The range reflects factors such as experience, skills, education, certifications, and location, and starting salary may fall anywhere within the stated range.
