Job Summary

As Vice President of Human Resources for North America, you will serve as a strategic advisor to the CEO and executive leadership team, shaping and executing people strategies that drive business performance. This role is responsible for all aspects of Human Resources across the region, including HR Operations, Employee Relations, Compensation & Benefits, Talent Acquisition, Learning & Development, HR Business Partners, Payroll, HRIS, Employee Communications, Culture & Engagement, and Talent Management, supporting approximately 1,700 employees.

In addition, the role leads the delivery of a shared services model across subsidiaries, including two manufacturing facilities, supporting approximately 1,500 employees.

As a direct report to the CEO, North America and the Head of Global HR located in South Korean with oversight of overseas HR Operations, you will operate within a matrixed environment and partner closely with both leaders with shared accountability for aligning regional execution to global strategy and driving business outcomes.

Responsibilities
  • Set HR strategy and organizational model to support U.S. Sales & Marketing and North America Shared Services
  • Establish and drive HR performance metrics aligned to business outcomes
  • Advise executive leadership on organizational effectiveness, leadership capability, and performance
  • Lead forward-looking HR initiatives to prepare for future workforce needs
  • Partner with Global HR to ensure alignment on processes, compliance, and reporting
  • Serve as a strategic advisor on talent and organizational priorities
  • Lead and evolve a shared services HR model across subsidiaries
  • Strengthen culture, engagement, and employee experience
  • Drive global programs including Performance Management, Succession Planning, and Organizational Planning
  • Chair the 401(k) Fiduciary Committee
  • Lead Compensation Committee alignment on total rewards strategy
  • Share and implement global best practices adapted to local requirements

Qualifications
  • 20+ years of progressive success in HR leadership roles including experience in a multinational organization

Recruiting Range

$286,000-$370,000 USD
