Job Summary
Responsible for overseeing multiple human resources functions, including compensation and benefits, recruitment, training, talent management, diversity initiatives, performance management and/or employee relations programs. Oversees the implementation of processes and policies in compliance with corporate strategies to ensure that financial and strategic goals are attained. Interacts with executive-level management on a peer basis.
Essential Functions
- Responsible for hiring, orientation, training, employee/labor relations, compensation, benefits, and employee services for organization.
- Sets human resources policies, objectives, and initiatives.
- Ensures company compliance with current, applicable labor laws.
- Manages an HR group or function with major organizational impact.
- Establishes overall direction and strategic initiatives to support a major function or line of business.
- Develops corporate and/or organizational policies and authorizes their implementation.
- Brings innovative concepts and new ideas.
- Provides direction to senior managers in various areas, groups, and/or operations.
- Oversees budget development and adherence.
- Comply with all policies and standards.
- Any other job responsibilities as assigned by management and subject to modification.
Required/Preferred Education and Experience
- Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field required.
- Master's Degree in Human Resources/MBA is preferred.
- 15+ years HR related experience with 7 years of managerial experience required.
- Relevant management experience in coaching leaders on core HR matters in an entrepreneurial culture required.
- Computer proficiency, including Microsoft Office and HRIS experience, preferably with Workday, required.
- SPHR or SHRM-SCP Preferred

The annual salary for this position is:
$250,000.00 to $290,000.00
This position is eligible for an annual bonus in accordance with the company's bonus plan. Factors which may affect starting salary include geography, skills, education, experience, and other qualifications of the successful candidate.
