Business Overview: Global Markets IT Risk & P&L (GMRiPL) employs staff across London, Paris, NewYork, India and Asia, building software for Risk, P&L, Financial Resources and Referential data.
The department develops tools that assess and report risk for every trade across all asset classes. These overnight or real-time solutions rely heavily on quantitative models and the bank's massive computation farm.
Our P&L systems quantify the bank's profit or loss and explain drivers-distinguishing market-wide trends from strategy effects, and high-risk, high-margin trades from large volumes of low-risk, low-margin activity.
The Neat and Allegro are developing a framework allowing trading and sales to aggregate and visualize a wide range of financial data in flexible dashboard. The team is primary based in Europe and have US presence to support local business.
The Convertible Bond IT team is part of GM RiPL and focuses on Convertible Bond market making software (CB Monitor) allowing the CB business to offer secondary market to its clients. The team is co-located in US and UK.
The position will encompass these two teams as part of this stream called Strategic Tools.

Responsibilities:- Drive digital transformation of Neat, Allegro in Amer and CB platform globally
- Ensure transparent communication with US traders and CB trading desks across the world
- Ensure and communicate clear prioritization, arbitration and progress updates
- Ensure respect of development best practices within the team
- Lead hiring process, people development and performance reviews to support the staffing strategy
- Guarantee high level of quality vulnerability, obsolescence, devops and regulatory topics
- Act as a senior technical and functional leader
- Ensure stability of the Neat, Allegro in Amer and CB Platform globally
Minimum Required Qualifications:- 7 years in IT Front Office
- Experience on market making softwares
- Experience on risk and pnl softwares
- Strong equity or fixed income knowledge
- Strong software development knowledge
- Strong communication skills
- Capacity to lead teams and project

The expected starting salary range for this position is between $140,000 to $205,000 annually. The actual salary may vary based upon several factors including, but not limited to, relevant skills/experience, time in role, base salary of internal peers, prior performance, business line, and geographic/office location.
