Growth- Practice numbers and targets. Bookings, revenue, utilization, and growth targets for a global Adobe practice.
- Our most consequential Adobe pursuits. You are the executive clients call when the stakes are highest.
- The CX Enterprise Coworker capability, from zero to a business Adobe points clients toward.
- The offering portfolio. Retire what the market has stopped buying and fund what replaces it.
- Conversion of the Adobe alliance into pipeline. Adobe sellers need a commercial reason to lead with us.
- Account growth alongside Perficient's AI-First Marketing, Salesforce, data, and commerce practices.
Delivery and financial discipline- Quality, delivery margin, and client satisfaction across an organization spanning three regions.
- The recovery when a program goes red, including the client conversation nobody else wants to have.
- Capacity planning against a forecast. Staff ahead of demand without carrying bench you cannot defend.
- Rate integrity, discount discipline, pyramid mix, and subcontractor spend.
- The investment case for anything that needs funding before it produces revenue.

- C-suite counsel on Adobe consolidation, migration, and total cost of ownership, delivered with enough candor to earn the next conversation.
- The practice point of view. Publish it, present it at Summit, brief the analysts who define the category.
Qualifications- Seven or more years at the vice president, general manager, or practice lead level, with direct accountability for a revenue or bookings target.
- Ten or more years in the Adobe ecosystem at a systems integrator, an agency, Adobe, or a large enterprise Adobe customer.
- A record of carrying an annual target and hitting it, with ownership of utilization and delivery margin across a services business.
- A services offering built from zero to material revenue, including the go-to-market motion behind it.
- Generative or agentic AI running in production for enterprise clients, with results you can substantiate to a client CFO.
- Active senior relationships inside Adobe field leadership or the partner organization, and a record of converting them into pipeline.
- Delivery leadership across multiple geographies and time zones.
- C-suite advisory experience on platform consolidation, migration, or total cost of ownership.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience.
- Willingness to travel up to 50% for client engagements, business development, and team leadership.
Preferred- Time inside Adobe itself, with a working read on how field leadership and the partner organization allocate attention.
- Hands-on command of the agentic Adobe stack, including CX Enterprise Coworker, Agent Orchestrator, and GenStudio.
- Adobe delivery inside a regulated industry, where legal and compliance review shapes the architecture.
- An established market voice, whether a published point of view, an Adobe Summit stage, or standing analyst relationships at Forrester and Gartner.
- Adobe sold alongside Salesforce, data, or commerce capability on the same account.
- A record of recruiting senior talent into a practice that was still being built.
The salary range for this position takes into consideration a variety of factors, including but not limited to skill sets, level of experience, applicable office location, training, licensure and certifications, and other business and organizational needs. The new hire salary range displays the minimum and maximum salary targets for this position across all US locations, and the range has not been adjusted for any specific state differentials. It is not typical for a candidate to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role, and compensation decisions are dependent on the unique facts and circumstances regarding each candidate. A reasonable estimate of the current salary range for this position is $200,000 to $275,000.
