Join Chase Branded Cards Go to Market team and help bring to market innovative card products, delivering market-leading value to millions of consumers and small businesses. You will lead priority launches and strategic initiatives from planning through launch readiness, connecting business strategy to coordinated execution and strong outcomes in market.

Job Summary  

As Vice President, Go to Market Lead for Chase Branded Cards, you will you will lead the end-to-end delivery of product launches, product refreshes, and strategic initiatives, supporting Small Business portfolio. You will partner with portfolio General Managers and cross-functional leaders to translate business priorities into integrated go-to-market plans, establish effective governance, drive launch readiness, and manage risks and dependencies. Your leadership will create alignment across teams and help deliver strong customer and business outcomes in a complex, matrixed environment. This is a unique opportunity to help accelerate Chase Branded Cards roadmap and bring to market the next generation of Chase Branded Cards. 

Job Responsibilities:

  • Lead end-to-end go-to-market delivery for new card products, product refreshes, and high-priority strategic initiatives.

  • Translate business and customer priorities into integrated plans with clear objectives, milestones, owners, dependencies, and measures of success.

  • Establish governance, workstream structures, decision forums, and operating cadences that enable timely decisions and coordinated execution.

  • Partner with portfolio General Managers and cross-functional leaders to align strategies and plans across product, brand, marketing, acquisition, operations, and customer channels.

  • Own launch readiness, including readiness criteria, assessments, go/no-go recommendations, contingency planning, and launch-day coordination.

  • Identify and escalate strategic issues, risks, and interdependencies; drive mitigation plans, decisions, and resolution to protect launch outcomes.

  • Develop clear executive communications that synthesize progress, trade-offs, decisions, and recommendations for senior stakeholders.

  • Track launch performance, lead post-launch reviews, and translate lessons learned into actions that improve future outcomes.

  • Strengthen go-to-market frameworks, tools, and standards to increase consistency, scalability, and speed across launches.

  • Coach and support junior team members while fostering collaboration, accountability, and continuous improvement.

Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills

  • 5+ years of experience in go to market strategy, product marketing, product management, consulting, or corporate development, preferably in financial services or payments.

  • Demonstrated experience leading complex product launches, product refreshes, or strategic initiatives from planning through execution.

  • Proven ability to translate strategy into actionable plans and deliver results in a complex, matrixed organization.

  • Strong program management and organizational skills, with the ability to manage concurrent priorities, navigate ambiguity, and adapt to changing business needs.

  • Strong executive communication skills, including the ability to synthesize complex information, frame decisions, and influence senior stakeholders.

  • Demonstrated ability to build relationships, create alignment, and mobilize cross-functional teams without direct authority.
