Overview

The VP, Engagement Strategist specializes in leading the development and design of digital brand experiences for our client's products and services. She or he designs experiences that are holistic and reach our professional and consumer constituents in a way that supports their wants and needs, but also engages them in a way that is meaningful to our client's business.

  • Connect insight to strategy to experience - lead the account and creative teams in the development of digital brand ecosystems
  • Develop strong relationships with account, brand planning, and creative colleagues

Responsibilities

Principal Responsibilities
  • Manage a client relationship as a key member of the agency strategy team
  • Partner on new business presentations
  • Uncover opportunities for new projects with existing clients
  • Serve as the subject matter expert on digital experience trends and best practices in developing innovative content and strategies based on patient needs, behaviors, and expectations
  • Demonstrate the ability to process and understand our client's category and their brand and business goals
  • Lead the development of insight driven digital strategies for assigned clients and new business development; provide sound business justification for investment (based on market trends, audience insights, past campaign data, and past experience)
  • Lead agency teams to ensure successful project development and handoff

Qualifications

Compensation Range: $129,485- $207,324 annually. This is the pay range the Company believes it will pay for this position at the time of this posting. Consistent with applicable law, compensation will be determined based on the skills, qualifications, and experience of the applicant along with the requirements of the position, and the Company reserves the right to modify this pay range at any time. Temporary roles may be eligible to participate in our freelancer/temporary employee medical plan through a third-party benefits administration system once certain criteria have been met. Temporary roles may also qualify for participation in our 401(k) plan after eligibility criteria have been met. For regular roles, the Company will offer medical coverage, dental, vision, disability, 401k, and paid time off.
