We're looking for a Senior Associate or Vice President to join our Semiconductor Equity Research team. You will work directly with senior analysts to build the models, shape the industry views, and deliver the research that institutional investors rely on to make multi-billion dollar allocation decisions. This is a role for someone who wants their analysis to move markets, not just describe them.

What You Will DoAs a key contributor to our semiconductors/hardware research team, you will deliver critical analysis that shapes institutional investment strategies:
- Build and maintain detailed earnings and valuation models across the semiconductor and semi-cap equipment universe
- Analyze industry trends, from capacity, pricing, end-demand cycles, technology transitions, and translate them into differentiated investment conclusions
- Produce weekly and monthly written research publications read by institutional investors and internal trading desks
- Develop marketing materials and represent the team's views to clients and institutional salespeople
- Build direct relationships with company management teams and industry contacts, giving you an insider's view of the sector
- Progress toward directly communicating stock views and industry themes to institutional investors, trading desks, and other internal constituencies; with real visibility and real ownership as you grow in the seat
- Perform other tasks and duties as required and assigned

Experience and Skills- Bachelor's degree from an accredited university
- 5+ years of industry experience in the technology industry; preferably in the networking or optical hardware space, but anywhere in the semiconductor or semi-cap equipment fields could be applicable
- Good understanding of your area of technological expertise and a network of customers, peers, suppliers you can keep in touch with to identify industry trends
- Strong written and verbal communication abilities
- High fluency in accounting and financial statement analysis
- Superior financial modeling skills with demonstrated self-auditing discipline
- Proven capacity to maintain accuracy in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
- Self-starter who excels both independently and collaboratively, with ability to prioritize effectively with minimal direction
- Solid work ethic, positive attitude, and genuine passion for technology and markets

The reasonable estimate of the compensation range for this role has not been adjusted for the applicable geographic location. A reasonable estimate of the current range is $150,000-$175,000. Colleagues may be eligible for additional, discretionary incentive compensation based on the colleague's and the firm's performance.
