Full Job Description
Position Summary

The professional will help drive the strategy and agenda of Carlyle Global Wealth, working closely with the group's Chief Operating Officer. This role will have an immediate impact on achieving productivity and efficiency gains within an already successful function and will streamline strategic priorities as it relates to Wealth day-to-day operations. To achieve this, the professional will lead descriptive and predictive fundraising analytics, to guide sales-related campaigns and further growth.

Primary Responsibilities
  • Analytics & Reporting: Analyze dashboards that track key performance indicators (KPIs), including fundraising activity, new producers, and revenue growth. Provide data-driven insights to guide strategy and optimize outreach.
  • Business Intelligence: Leverage internal data and external market intelligence to analyze data, drive strategic decision-making and better inform management.
  • Generative AI Implementation: Leverage generative AI tools such as ChatGPT to automate processes and integrate them with internal data.
  • Data-Driven Insights: Provide real-time data to the sales leadership, helping them make informed decisions to drive revenue growth, enhance relationships, and prioritize opportunities for business development globally.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with various Wealth teams including Sales, Marketing, and Strategic Accounts to ensure data flow and solution integration, ensuring the seamless delivery of strategic projects.
  • Industry Expertise: Maintain a deep understanding of the alternatives and Wealth Management landscape, continuously updating knowledge of industry trends, regulatory changes, and investor expectations to stay ahead of market developments.


Requirements

Education & Certificates
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Finance, Business, Data Analytics or a related field.


Professional Experience
  • 8+ years of experience in technology strategy or business intelligence roles, preferably within financial services, private equity, or Wealth Management.
  • Technical Expertise: Proficiency in dashboarding tools (e.g., Power BI), and financial advisor data packages (Discovery, Wire/Broker-Dealers). Strong knowledge of data automation and analytics.
  • Business Acumen: Demonstrated understanding of private equity, alternative investments, and Wealth Management with a proven ability to link data analytics to business strategies.
  • Familiarity with the Alternative Asset Management industry, preferably Wealth and the fundraising process.
  • Strategic and project management capabilities coupled with strong analytic and financial acumen
  • Demonstrated track record of success improving the efficiency of a business/function through organization and planning, collaboration, issue resolution and creative problem-solving.

Benefits/Compensation

The compensation range for this role is specific to New York City and takes into account a wide range of factors including but not limited to the skill sets required/preferred; prior experience and training; licenses and/or certifications.

The anticipated base salary range for this role is $200,000.

In addition to the base salary, the hired professional will enjoy a comprehensive benefits package spanning retirement benefits, health insurance, life insurance and disability, paid time off, paid holidays, family planning benefits and various wellness programs. Additionally, the hired professional may also be eligible to participate in an annual discretionary incentive program, the award of which will be dependent on various factors, including, without limitation, individual and organizational performance.
