- Issues Management & Crisis Leadership: Lead enterprise-wide crisis communications and issues management, ensuring rapid, transparent responses to protect trust and reputation
- Performance & Insights: Establish measurement frameworks linking communications outcomes to business impact, leveraging data and analytics for optimization.
- Digital, Social & Media Strategy: Elevate executive visibility and thought leadership across digital and social platforms while cultivating strategic media relationships to showcase TELUS' leadership in innovation, technology, and sustainability
- Organizational Transformation: Optimize global communications structures across TELUS business units, championing AI adoption to enhance productivity and efficiency

Advanced knowledge of English is required because you will on a regular basis interact in English with external parties (clients, suppliers, candidates, external partners, etc.); interact in English with internal parties (colleagues, internal partners, stakeholders, etc.); and work with IT tools whose interface is only accessible in English as part of this position's main responsibilities given its national scope.
