POS ITION SUMMARY
Integrity Wealth is seeking a VP, Advisor Success & Solutions to lead the advisor experience organization for a $55 billion platform serving more than 1,100 advisors. This executive owns same-store growth, retention, and return on assets — running a three-pod advisor success model, the solutions bench, and the retention system that protects every recruited dollar. The role suits a leader of leaders who can convert service quality into measurable growth at scale.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
• Own same-store growth, retention, and return on assets end to end — the defend-and-compound half of the growth equation.
• Lead the pod-based advisor success model and the solutions, platform, and technology consulting bench; set pod coverage design and advisor-to-leader ratios, holding each pod inside benchmark as the platform grows.
• Operate the retention system — risk scoring, leading-indicator surveillance, and intervention plays on every at-risk book.
• Own the advisor experience standard from transition handoff through steady state, instrumented with reporting and analytics.
• Partner with the Head of Growth to convert service relationships into recruiting introductions and referenceable proof points, and with investment and product leadership on shelf strategy and the advisor input loop.
SUCCESS MEASURES
• Same-store revenue growth of 6% to 8% or better per pod
• Advisor retention of 95% or better; asset retention of 97% or better
• Platform return on assets of 15 to 20 basis points; fee-based penetration of 65% or better in year two
• Risk-scoring coverage across 100% of books; save rate of 60% or better on flagged relationships
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS
• Fifteen or more years in wealth management, with accountability for advisor experience, practice management, or field leadership on a platform of comparable scale.
• Record of delivering measurable same-store growth and asset retention across a large, geographically distributed advisor base.
• Experience designing and operating a segmented service model with demonstrated retention and organic growth results.
• Fluency in platform economics — advisory conversion, fee-based revenue, product shelf strategy, and technology adoption — as a proven leader of leaders who has built a multi-layer organization.
• Bachelor's degree required; MBA or equivalent advanced degree preferred.
