POS ITION SUMMARY
Integrity Wealth is seeking a Vice President, Advisor Growth & Transitions to lead advisor recruiting and the transition organization for a platform of $55 billion in client assets and more than 1,100 advisors. This executive owns New Store Sales end to end: building and leading the business development team, operating a disciplined recruiting playbook, and running the transition function that brings newly affiliated advisors and their assets onto the platform. The mandate is a build, not a stewardship, and the successful candidate will scale a national growth engine inside one of the fastest-growing wealth platforms in the independent channel.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
• Own New Store Sales end to end — from prospect pipeline through recruiting close and the ramp of recruited assets to full production.
• Build, lead, and develop the business development organization; set channel strategy, territory design, and market coverage.
• Operate a disciplined recruiting playbook that compresses cycle times, sustains top quartile win rates, and holds acquisition cost discipline on every recruited practice.
• Own the transition operating model — capacity planning, vendor strategy, and the handoff into Advisor Success.
• Confirm and operationalize the channel-deployment model across external recruiting, agent-to-advisor conversion, and partner-channel motions.
• Serve as a senior representative of the Integrity Wealth platform to advisors evaluating their next affiliation.
SUCCESS MEASURES
• Recruited client assets of $15 billion per year against plan
• Time to letter of intent of 90 days or less; win rate of 35–40%
• Customer acquisition cost of 25% or less of trailing-twelve-month revenue per recruit
• Recruited assets ramped to 90% of book value by month five across the cohort
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS
• Fifteen or more years in wealth management distribution, with direct accountability for advisor recruiting results at an independent broker-dealer, RIA aggregator, or hybrid platform.
• Demonstrated record of recruiting multi-billion-dollar advisor books, including practices in the $100 million to $1 billion range.
• Experience building a business development organization from a small base — hiring, territory design, quota setting, and playbook development.
• Working fluency in advisor transition mechanics and command of independent-channel economics: account transfer and repapering, payout structures, transition capital, and acquisition cost discipline.
• Bachelor's degree required; MBA or equivalent advanced degree preferred.
