🔹 Executive Engagement & Thought Leadership

  • Engage CIO, CDAO, CTO, COO, and business-unit leadership to shape AI, data transformation, and digital modernization strategies.
  • Translate complex AI/ML capabilities into business-aligned narratives and investment cases.
  • Host executive briefings, thought-leadership sessions, and innovation workshops focused on AI and data-driven possibilities.

  • Guide creation of proposals, value cases, roadmaps, and transformation frameworks tailored to client challenges.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams on RFP/RFI responses, rapidly structuring compelling narratives and architectures.

🔹 Partnering with the Delivery Organization

  • Work hand‑in‑hand with the broader EXL delivery teams to steer go‑to‑market strategies, messaging, and client expansion motions.
  • Identify cross‑portfolio opportunities including data engineering, cloud modernization, MLOps, digital operations, and industry-specific AI solutions.
  • Contribute to shaping scalable offerings, reusable narratives, and industry point-of-view content.

  • Strong understanding of modern data and AI ecosystems: cloud platforms, data engineering, MLOps, ML governance, and applied machine learning use cases.
  • Demonstrated, hands-on expertise with core healthcare systems and operating models across payer, provider, and intermediary environments — including claims administration, care/case management, provider network and network adequacy platforms, member/patient engagement systems, and multi-cloud modernization of legacy healthcare IT estates.
  • Ability to engage and influence executive stakeholders using structured narratives, value propositions, and business cases.
  • Excellent communication, executive presence, and strategic storytelling ability
