Associate Veterinarian - Southwest Vet | Austin, TX

Starting at $130,000 + Production with No Negative Accrual

Southwest Vet is seeking a full-time Associate Veterinarian to join our well-established practice in the South Austin/Oak Hill area. We believe exceptional veterinary medicine starts with a team that genuinely enjoys working together. Our culture emphasizes collaboration, kindness, and building lasting relationships with our clients while delivering high-quality care to every patient.

We're looking for a veterinarian who enjoys practicing quality medicine, values building lasting client relationships, and wants to be part of a positive, team-oriented practice. From wellness care to surgery, dentistry, and urgent medical cases, our doctors enjoy a diverse caseload with the tools, support, and autonomy to practice the kind of medicine they're passionate about.

Veterinarians of all experience levels, including recent graduates, are encouraged to apply.

Our Hospital
• Established in 2016 with a low-stress handling philosophy
• Four exam rooms plus a dedicated outdoor exam room
• Well-equipped treatment area with multiple tables and a dedicated two-station dental suite
• Digital radiography and digital dental radiography
• In-house IDEXX laboratory
• Modern portable ultrasound system
