YOUR ROLE

The Venue Logistics Lead is responsible for the design, implementation, and operational management of logistics for one or more Olympic venues. You will be responsible to ensure that all logistics flows, workforce, equipment, and systems are properly designed, coordinated, and operated in full compliance with Olympic requirements, in close collaboration with the Organizing Committee (COJO), CEVA Contract Logistics, and all key stakeholders.

WHAT ARE YOU GOING TO DO?
  • Develop the end-to-end operational design of the venue and the daily logistics flows (inbound, outbound, storage, returns).
  • Translate Olympic requirements into practical, site-ready logistics processes.
  • Ensure operational feasibility while maintaining robustness and security.
  • Ensure alignment between volumes, capacities, venue constraints, and deployed resources
  • Manage day-to-day venue logistics operations, in close coordination with venue teams, CEVA operational teams and all key internal and external stakeholders.
  • Take daily operational decisions to ensure venue performance.
  • Produce daily operational management reports (KPIs, incidents, volumes, resources).
  • Coordinate and prioritize all stakeholder requests related to the venue.


WHAT ARE WE LOOKING FOR?

Education, Experience and Skills:
  • Master degree with 10+ years experience, preferred.
  • Strong experience in event logistics, complex site operations, or 24/7 environments
  • Proven ability to manage high-pressure, highly regulated operational contexts.
  • Strong stakeholder management and decision-making capabilities.
  • Olympic or large-scale international event experience is a strong asset.
