Full Job Description
What you'll do day-to-day
Draft and coordinate tailored outreach for customer introductions, manage target lists, and oversee follow-ups across portfolio companies.
Organize and execute logistics for events, speakers, and brand initiatives-including managing contracts, briefing materials, and post-event follow-up-which may involve occasional travel.
Identify and research potential experts, manage outreach and records, and develop repeatable processes for expert network engagements.
Maintain visibility into ongoing platform initiatives, triage and respond to incoming requests, and drive open items to completion in partnership with internal teams.
Work closely with leadership to assume increasing responsibility for established workflows and recurring operational activities.
What we're looking for
A bachelor's degree and two to four years of relevant experience in platform, consulting, operations, or a similar execution-focused field.
Demonstrated project management and execution skills, with the ability to track many concurrent initiatives at a macro level while maintaining attention to detail.
Sound judgment, initiative, and comfort operating in ambiguity, including the ability to build process from the ground up.
A relationship-driven, commercially minded approach, along with excellent written communication and the ability to coordinate effectively with portfolio companies and multiple stakeholders.
The expected annual base salary for this position is $120,000 to $145,000. Our compensation and benefits package includes variable compensation in the form of a year-end bonus, guaranteed in the first year of hire, and benefits including medical and prescription drug coverage, 401(k) contribution matching, wellness reimbursement, family building benefits, and a charitable gift match program.
