Position Summary

The Vendor Process & Performance Analyst is responsible for supporting the efficiency, effectiveness, and continuous improvement of Amerit's vendor management operations. This role serves as a key liaison between vendors and internal stakeholders, driving process standardization, reporting, performance tracking, and strategic vendor initiatives.

The ideal candidate combines analytical rigor with strategic process thinking and exceptional communication skills, positioned to enhance operational performance, strengthen vendor partnerships, and accelerate business growth.

 

Compensation: Competitive Salary Pay - Paid weekly, every Friday! $85,000 - $90,000 base salary depending on experience and location.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities

Analytics & Reporting

  • Develop, maintain, and enhance vendor performance reporting and KPI dashboards.
  • Analyze operational, pricing, and vendor performance data to identify trends and improvement opportunities.
  • Monitor key vendor metrics and communicate findings to leadership and stakeholders.
  • Maintain reporting accuracy and data integrity across multiple systems.

Continuous Improvement & Strategic Initiatives

  • Identify opportunities to streamline processes and improve operational efficiency.
  • Support vendor audit programs and compliance initiatives.
  • Assist in the development and execution of vendor-related projects and strategic initiatives.
  • Partner with internal teams to implement process enhancements and technology-driven solutions.

Communication & Relationship Management

  • Serve as a primary point of coordination between vendors and internal stakeholders.
  • Communicate effectively with vendors to maintain strong relationships and ensure timely resolution of issues.
  • Present findings, recommendations, and project updates to management.
  • Foster collaboration across Operations, Procurement, Finance, IT, and other business functions.

Vendor Operations & Process Management

  • Support vendor onboarding activities and documentation management processes.
  • Maintain and improve standardized vendor workflows and operating procedures.
  • Ensure data accuracy and process compliance across vendor management systems.
  • Coordinate with internal departments to support vendor setup, maintenance, and operational initiatives.

 

Qualifications
