What you'd be doing
Guiding customers through buying a new or pre-owned vehicle, from first hello to the handshake at delivery
Running test drives and product demonstrations that make the car sell itself
Presenting pricing, features, and financing clearly and without games
Keeping your customers and your follow-up disciplined in the CRM
Partnering with the sales desk and the finance office to get deals approved and funded
Taking care of people after the sale, so they come back and send you their friends and family
What you bring
The ability to connect with people quickly and genuinely
Self-motivation. Nobody here is going to chase you.
A professional presence and attitude
Automotive sales experience is preferred but not required. If you've proven somewhere else that you can sell and serve people at a high level, we'll teach you the car business.
