Position Overview We are seeking an experienced
Veeva CRM Business Analyst Lead Consultant with strong hands-on experience in
Veeva CRM / Vault CRM and Salesforce. The consultant will work closely with business stakeholders to understand commercial, medical, and sales operations requirements and translate them into scalable CRM solutions.
Key Responsibilities - nalyze business requirements and translate them into Veeva CRM / Vault CRM configurations and solutions.
- Configure CRM objects, layouts, call reporting, sample management workflows, and business processes.
- Support Vault CRM migration and integration activities.
- Work with Veeva Align, PromoMats, CLM, and Approved Email integrations/data exchange.
- Manage CRM security profiles, user permissions, territory alignments, and data validation rules.
- Conduct requirements gathering, gap analysis, solution design, testing, and implementation support.
- Collaborate with commercial, medical, sales operations, IT, and other business stakeholders.
- Support data validation, troubleshooting, UAT, and production deployment activities.
- Provide client-facing consulting and lead solution discussions.
Required Qualifications - 10+ years of Veeva CRM experience on the Salesforce platform.
- Strong Business Analysis / Lead Consulting experience.
- Hands-on experience with Veeva CRM and/or Vault CRM configuration or migration.
- Experience with commercial Vault modules such as PromoMats and CLM.
- Strong understanding of Life Sciences, Pharmaceutical, or MedTech commercial operations.
- Knowledge of PDMA, consent tracking, sample management, and commercial compliance.
- Experience with Vault Loader, REST APIs, and CRM data structures.
- Strong requirements gathering, documentation, stakeholder management, and communication skills.
