Role Overview:This role is for a Salesforce Product Architect with hands-on experience in Salesforce Architecture design and project implementation, specifically within Salesforce Service Cloud. The position requires strong technical acumen, program and stakeholder management, and a process optimization mindset. The architect will act as a Technical Program Manager (TPM), driving the delivery of critical business initiatives, managing all aspects of programs, and solving technical challenges while balancing business needs and technical constraints.
Key Responsibilities:- Lead and manage cross-functional technical programs of inter-related projects, creating program structure and shared alignment.
- Collaborate with business, engineering, and architecture teams to design, coordinate, and launch new capabilities.
- Coordinate launch planning among various teams to synchronize program milestones.
- Develop and execute scalable cross-organization processes, mechanisms, metrics, and KPIs for large-scale programs.
- Influence long-term and short-term product and technical strategy.
- Assess risks, develop risk mitigation plans, anticipate bottlenecks, manage issue escalation, and collaborate on tradeoffs.
- Manage the intake queue by prioritizing, triaging, assigning, and tracking incoming requests.
