Qualifications

• BS in Engineering, Construction Management, or Architecture required, or equivalent industry experience.
• Minimum 7 years' relevant industry experience; at least 3 years dedicated to VDC preferred.
• Leadership mindset with a focus on team culture and mentorship.
• Process-oriented, able to adapt to changes while meeting deadlines.
• Strong knowledge of building sequencing, systems, and various project delivery methods.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, and effective listening abilities.
• Proficient in BIM coordination and authoring software.

Responsibilities

• Promote a culture of virtual building among stakeholders.
• Manage VDC planning and execution across projects and business units.
• Communicate the value proposition of VDC capabilities.
• Develop succession and transition plans within the VDC team.
• Forge integrated relationships with key departments such as Operations and Design Integration.
• Lead the implementation of VDC processes, tools, and training.
• Maintain and share lessons learned and best practices throughout the project lifecycle.
