Qualifications

• BS in Engineering, Construction Management, or Architecture required; equivalent industry experience accepted.
• Minimum 2 years of relevant industry experience; at least 1 year in VDC preferred.
• Process-oriented, timely, and accountable for deadlines.
• Strong team builder with problem-solving and communication skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
• Experience planning and documenting meetings/initiatives in detail.
• General knowledge of building construction sequences and systems.
• Familiarity with project delivery methods like Design-Bid-Build and Design Build.
• Proficient in VDC/BIM tools such as Revit, Revizto, Tekla, Synchro, etc.
• Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Office and Bluebeam.

Responsibilities

• Promote a virtual building culture among stakeholders.
• Execute VDC functions including BIM planning, modeling, and 3D/2D production.
• Develop and manage BIM Execution Plans and VDC schedules and budgets.
• Identify and lead training on BIM tools and VDC processes at project-level.
• Coordinate the workload of VDC Engineers and interns.
• Document and communicate VDC metrics and lessons learned to management.
• Integrate native 3D model content for various project scopes.
• Manage laser scanning and drone flight tasks to support project phases.
