Due to growth, we are adding a Value Stream Orchestrator to our team!

 

The Value Stream Orchestrator serves as the accountable leader for an assigned transformation value stream. Working in partnership with business, technology, operations, finance, and customer-facing teams, this role provides integrated oversight across a portfolio of initiatives and is responsible for delivery confidence, strategic alignment, value realization, financial performance visibility, risk mitigation, and business readiness.

 

Serving as the primary value stream orchestrator, this role maintains alignment between enterprise strategy and day-to-day execution while ensuring initiatives achieve intended business outcomes, milestone commitments, and value realization targets. The role creates the strategic tension required to challenge scope, sequencing, prioritization, and investment decisions when work no longer supports the value stream vision or enterprise objectives. The Value Stream Orchestrator serves as the primary owner of value stream execution health, delivery confidence, operational readiness, financial performance visibility, and benefits realization within the assigned value stream(s).

Responsibilities

How do I make an impact on my team?

  • Own execution health and delivery performance across the assigned transformation value stream portfolio.
  • Translate enterprise transformation priorities into executable plans, milestones, commitments, and measurable business outcomes.
  • Serve as the accountable leader for achievement of value stream outcomes, milestone commitments, and value realization targets.
  • Provide integrated leadership across business, operations, technology, finance, and delivery teams to align work with value stream objectives.
  • Facilitate value-based prioritization decisions that maximize strategic, operational, customer, and financial outcomes.
  • Establish and maintain accountability among initiative owners for scope, deliverables, milestones, benefits realization, and execution commitments.
  • Continuously assess progress against value stream objectives, delivery commitments, business outcomes, and financial targets.
  • Provide transparent delivery confidence assessments and recommend corrective actions when commitments, timing, scope, value, or outcomes are at risk.
  • Challenge priorities, sequencing, scope, investments, and execution approaches when work no longer supports intended outcomes.
  • Ensure business requirements, backlog priorities, and implementation plans are complete, validated, and aligned to value stream objectives.
  • Own business readiness planning and coordination across operational, technology, customer-facing, clinical, and support teams.
  • Ensure new capabilities are organizationally ready for deployment through readiness assessments, stakeholder engagement, communications, training, and adoption planning.
  • Other duties as assigned.
Qualifications

What our team expects from you?  

  • Bachelor’s degree required. MBA preferred. 
  • 7+ years of progressive experience in enterprise transformation, strategic program management, business operations, consulting, organizational effectiveness, or related disciplines required.
  • Demonstrated experience leading complex cross-functional initiatives involving business, technology, operations, and customer-facing teams required.
  • Experience translating strategic priorities into executable plans, deliverables, and measurable business outcomes required. 
  • Proven ability to influence stakeholders and drive results across matrixed organizations without direct reporting authority.
  • Experience working within highly regulated environments, preferably healthcare, pharmacy benefit management, managed care, financial services, or similar industries, required.
  • Participate in, adhere to, and support compliance program objectives.
  • The ability to consistently interact cooperatively and respectfully with other employees.
