Minimum qualifications:- Bachelor's degree in Computer Engineering, Computer Science, a related technical field, or equivalent practical experience.
- 8 years of experience leading or managing a team.
- 8 years of experience in data center testing, planning, execution, or reporting.
Preferred qualifications:- Master's degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or a related technical field.
- Experience in working cross-functionally across multiple domains and products.
- Experience delivering product verification and validation testing across multiple product lines.
- Experience with leadership.
- Experience scripting and automating various test plans.
- Experience discovering systemic issues and debugging.

Responsibilities- Guide a team of individuals, and set and communicate individual and team priorities that support organizational goals. Meet regularly with individuals to discuss performance and development, and provide feedback and coaching.
- Develop and implement test methodologies and tools to improve product quality, testing efficiency, and validation processes across the organization.
- Qualify servers, storage devices, and specialized machine learning hardware for Google's data centers.
- Conduct audits of validation or performance qualification processes to ensure compliance with internal or regulatory requirements.
- Support testing and product improvement by adapting and implementing tests developed by test engineers.
