Key Responsibilities- Identify and pursue new multifamily management opportunities through networking, industry relationships, and market intelligence
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with property owners, investors, brokers, and developers
- Partner with senior and regional leadership to both drive and execute business development strategies and achieve growth targets
- Track and manage prospects through the full business development lifecycle, from initial contact to contract execution
- Prepare proposals, presentations, and pitch materials
- Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and networking functions
- Maintain a strong understanding of local and regional multifamily market trends, competitors, and opportunities
- Utilize CRM tools to document activity, manage pipeline, and forecast new business
