Key Responsibilities
  • Identify and pursue new multifamily management opportunities through networking, industry relationships, and market intelligence
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with property owners, investors, brokers, and developers
  • Partner with senior and regional leadership to both drive and execute business development strategies and achieve growth targets
  • Track and manage prospects through the full business development lifecycle, from initial contact to contract execution
  • Prepare proposals, presentations, and pitch materials
  • Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and networking functions
  • Maintain a strong understanding of local and regional multifamily market trends, competitors, and opportunities
  • Utilize CRM tools to document activity, manage pipeline, and forecast new business
