Position Overview:

 

It’s a chance to build, grow, and make a real impact! Join our team as our new User Experience Design Engineer!

 

 

We are seeking a User Experience Design Engineer to transform complex, technical enterprise products into intuitive, approachable experiences. Strong collaboration, a curiosity-driven mindset, empathy, and a willingness to explore and learn sophisticated systems are essential for this role.

 

Location: U.S.

Remote/Hybrid: 100% remote if located outside the Greater Phoenix, AZ area.

Responsibilities
  • Simplify complex technical workflows into clear, user-friendly designs.
  • Conduct user research and competitive analysis to propose experience-based improvements that will give us an advantage over our competitors.
  • Work closely with other designers, product management, developers, and stakeholders to ensure the highest design-implementation standards.
  • Advocate for best practices in responsive design, accessibility, and semantic UI.
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of our design system.
Qualifications
  • Proficiency with design tools (Figma - primary tool, Adobe XD).
  • Knowledge of HTML/CSS; JavaScript is a plus.
  • Understanding of the latest global accessibility regulations and recommendations.
  • Proven ability to simplify complex concepts into intuitive interfaces.
  • Strong collaboration and communication skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects with competing priorities and timelines while consistently meeting commitments and deadlines.
