We are seeking a User Experience Design Engineer to transform complex, technical enterprise products into intuitive, approachable experiences. Strong collaboration, a curiosity-driven mindset, empathy, and a willingness to explore and learn sophisticated systems are essential for this role.
Location: U.S.
Remote/Hybrid: 100% remote if located outside the Greater Phoenix, AZ area.
Responsibilities
- Simplify complex technical workflows into clear, user-friendly designs.
- Conduct user research and competitive analysis to propose experience-based improvements that will give us an advantage over our competitors.
- Work closely with other designers, product management, developers, and stakeholders to ensure the highest design-implementation standards.
- Advocate for best practices in responsive design, accessibility, and semantic UI.
- Contribute to the development and implementation of our design system.
Qualifications
- Proficiency with design tools (Figma - primary tool, Adobe XD).
- Knowledge of HTML/CSS; JavaScript is a plus.
- Understanding of the latest global accessibility regulations and recommendations.
- Proven ability to simplify complex concepts into intuitive interfaces.
- Strong collaboration and communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects with competing priorities and timelines while consistently meeting commitments and deadlines.
- Curiosity, user empathy and understanding, and a continuous learning mindset.
- Innovative, creative spirit with an appreciation of and skill for creating simple yet elegant design.
