Your role in our mission

We're seeking a UX Researcher to lead research initiatives that connect us deeply with our users and uncover insights that drive meaningful product improvements. As a member of our product organization, you'll help shape our UX strategy and collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure user-centered decision making across the organization. You'll be responsible for executing research best practices, selecting appropriate methodologies for complex problems, and translating research insights into product recommendations that align with business objectives. Your expertise will help ensure we're building the right solutions that address real user needs and pain points.

How you'll make an impact

  • Execute a variety of research methods including qualitative interviews, usability testing, contextual inquiry, journey mapping, surveys, and quantitative benchmarking

Compensation details: The salary for this position is $145,000 - $181,000 annually, plus bonus and generous benefits. In determining your salary, we will consider your location, experience, and other job-related factors.
