• Experience in delivering large scope design projects
• Expertise in UX design for complex workflows
• Skilled in user research, usability studies, and creating personas
• Hands-on experience in visual design

Responsibilities

• Analyze customer problems to design effective solutions with measurable results.
• Collaborate with product and business teams to define use cases and requirements.
• Create user flows, wireframes, visual mocks, and prototypes to articulate design vision.
• Maintain detailed specifications for user interfaces and interactions.
• Present work and socialize design ideas to manage stakeholder expectations effectively.
• Work with technology teams to balance scalability with core experience principles.
• Evaluate UX innovations through success metrics.
