Position SummaryAs an UX Designer, you will create intuitive and visually appealing user interfaces and experiences for digital products and applications by conducting user research, creating wireframes and prototypes, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to implement design solutions that meet user needs. This role ensures seamless user interactions, adheres to design principles, and continuously iterates and improves designs based on user feedback. In addition, you will be able to consume workflows and deliver designs, as well as develop complex UX designs and prototypes, integrating theoretical concepts into practical solutions.
Roles and Responsibilities- Designs systems to deliver innovative and impactful digital UX solutions, under general direction.
- Assesses specialized, functional areas to determine strategies for enhancing digital user experiences.
- Creates and enhances the user experience of digital products and services, with a focus on usability, accessibility, and overall user satisfaction.
- Utilizes specialized UX design knowledge and experience to influence strategic decision-making related to the enhancement and optimization of digital user experiences.
- Assists in the management of digital UX projects, ensuring they align with strategic objectives and are completed within the established parameters.
- Conducts user research, such as surveys, usability testing, and data analysis, to understand the needs, behaviors, and pain points of the target audience.
- Implements processes to ensure compliance with organizational policies and standards in digital UX design.
- Coaches and mentors junior-level designers to help create intuitive and user-centered digital experiences.
Required Qualifications- 5+ years of UX Product Designer experience.
Preferred Qualifications- Strong problem solving and decision-making skills.
- Adept at collaboration and teamwork skills, with the ability to build relationships and work effectively across cross-functional teams.
- Demonstrated growth mindset, including adaptability, openness to feedback, and a commitment to continuous learning and developing self and others.
- Strong execution and delivery skills, with the ability to plan work, drive results, and support successful implementation.
Education- Bachelor's degree from accredited university or equivalent work experience (High School Diploma/GED + 4 years relevant experience).

Pay RangeThe typical pay range for this role is:
$92,700.00 - $185,400.00
This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors. This position is eligible for a CVS Health bonus, commission or short-term incentive program in addition to the base pay range listed above.
