Location: Atlanta, GA; Hybrid work environment.

What You'll Do
  • Plan and conduct user research (interviews, surveys, contextual inquiry, usability testing) and synthesize findings into clear, actionable insights
  • Facilitate design thinking workshops, journey mapping sessions and stakeholder alignment activities with client teams
  • Translate research into sitemaps, user flows, service blueprints, journey maps, wireframes and high-fidelity prototypes
  • Design and iterate on interaction patterns and visual solutions using tools such as Figma, FigJam and AI-assisted design and prototyping tools
  • Partner with product managers, engineers and content strategists to define product functionality and ensure feasible, cohesive experiences
  • Apply and advocate for accessibility standards (WCAG 2.2) and inclusive design practices throughout the design process
  • Conduct usability and A/B testing on key interface elements (CTAs, navigation, forms, landing pages, and banners) and iterate based on findings
  • Contribute to and help maintain design systems and component libraries to ensure consistency across client products
  • Track UX trends, emerging tools and competitor products, and bring fresh perspective and best practices to client engagements
  • Present design rationale, research findings and recommendations clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders

What You'll Bring
  • 7-10 years of experience applying UX design best practices, with deep expertise in mobile-first, responsive and multi-platform design
  • Bachelor's degree required; advanced degree or relevant product management certifications preferred.
  • Consulting and/or Digital Product Agency experience required with a proven ability to manage client expectations and adapt to diverse client environments.

  • Comfort working directly with clients to gather detailed requirements and design complete user experiences that meet their needs and vision
  • A consultant's mindset (adaptable, curious, and comfortable wearing multiple hats across research, design, and strategy) with a deep understanding of business drivers
  • Ability to iterate designs and solutions efficiently and intelligently, and to work effectively in a team setting, synthesizing abstract ideas into concrete design implications
  • Passionate about resolving user pain points through great design, and open to feedback and constructive criticism
  • Genuine interest in UX and the broader design and innovation landscape, with a habit of researching and applying the industry's latest trends and technologies
