  • Valid Arizona Level One Fingerprint Clearance Card required.
  • BLS & First Aid Certification must be obtained within 30 days of employment.
  • Handle With Care Training required within 30 days of employment.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee all aspects of utilization management.
  • Conduct utilization reviews and ensure proper case documentation.
  • Manage relationships with payers and external review organizations.
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Supervise departmental staff and administration activities.
  • Promote patient satisfaction and optimal reimbursement strategies.
  • Support the facility's overall success through effective management.

Responsibilities

Utilization Review Manager (URM)

Position: Full-Time

Shift: Daytime

This position includes a $1,500 sign on bonus!

Summary of URM Duties: The UR Manager oversees utilization management including, but not limited to: utilization review, case documentation, payer relationships, regulatory requirements, staff management and department administration. Supports the overall success of the facility and promotes patient satisfaction, regulatory compliance and optimal reimbursement.
