Full Job Description
As Utilities Superintendent, you will lead critical site utilities including boilers, compressed air systems, water treatment, fire protection systems, and related infrastructure. You will drive operational excellence, champion safety and compliance, develop your team, and deliver continuous improvement that creates lasting value for the business.
What You'll Do
  • Lead and develop a team of Boiler Operators, fostering a culture of safety, accountability, and continuous improvement.
  • Own the performance, reliability, and compliance of utility systems including boilers, compressors, air dryers, water treatment, and fire protection systems.
  • Develop and execute long-term strategies for equipment, people, processes, and capital improvements.
  • Drive improvements in safety, environmental compliance, quality, reliability, productivity, and cost performance.
  • Serve as the primary liaison with utility providers and oversee site utility services.
  • Partner closely with Operations and Maintenance teams to optimize equipment performance and preventive maintenance programs.
  • Ensure all regulatory, environmental, and loss prevention requirements are met.
