Please note: We are open to hiring in most major cities across the US, that are near to an Accenture corporate location.

The Work: 

  • Coordinate between Accenture and clients to create and implement business applications in the power generation industry.

  • Translate process applications or integration shortfalls into effective transformation programs and projects.

  • Supervise application, process, and functional design activities.

  • Create functional requirements to be used in application design.

  • Develop and test functional designs for business solution prototypes and components.

  • Supervise the building and deployment of applications, data conversion, and test planning and execution

  • Support the development of ew business, along with marketing and proposal efforts

Here's what you need:

  • At least 3 years of Power Generation experience, preferably in the nuclear or power plant industry

  • At least 3 years of experience working directly with clients building effective strategies.

  • A Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience

  • You have knowledge of nuclear work management, including work planning, scheduling, and maintenance processes

  • You have experience with nuclear asset management, equipment reliability, and configuration control

  • You have the ability to travel for client work as needed

Bonus Points if you have:

  • Proven success in contributing to a team-oriented environment.

  • Proven ability to work creatively and analytically in a problem-solving environment.

  • Strong functional experience with Maximo, or enterprise asset management system workflows for work management, engineering, or supply chain related projects.

  • Desire to work in an information systems environment.

  • Excellent leadership, communication (written and oral) and interpersonal skills.

  • You have some experience working for a Consulting firm.

  • You have experience with a Maximo implementation, or upgrade.

Compensation at Accenture varies depending on a wide array of factors, which may include but are not limited to the specific office location, role, skill set, and level of experience.
