Role summary:
As a Staff Product Manager, you will lead strategy and execution for complex products, driving end-to-end outcomes from discovery through value realization. This role requires deep customer and technical insight, strong stakeholder leadership, and ownership of multi-quarter product vision and roadmaps. You will influence cross-functional teams, leverage data-driven decision-making, and identify innovation opportunities to enhance product impact. Acting as a recognized authority, you will mentor peers and elevate product management practices while ensuring alignment with broader business objectives and delivering measurable results.
About the team:
The team leads strategy and execution for Offsite Ads, Partnerships, and CTV products, delivering impactful results through data-driven decision making and stakeholder collaboration. It combines customer insights with emerging technology expertise to define product vision and roadmaps. Working cross-functionally, the team creates innovative solutions that enhance business value and customer experience. Emphasizing rigorous discovery, prioritization, and performance measurement, team members mentor peers to advance product management practices. Focused on operational excellence and strategic growth, the team plays a vital role in expanding Walmart's product portfolio and market presence.
What you'll do:

The annual salary range for this position is $132,000.00 - $264,000.00

Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses.
