Emphasizing a product-driven approach, the team integrates advanced technologies and aligns with broader platform goals. What you'll do: - Develop, test, and support scalable software components, APIs, and user interfaces using languages such as Java and Python.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate requirements into technical designs and deliver high-quality solutions.
- Implement and maintain CI/CD pipelines, automated testing, and monitoring to ensure system reliability and performance.
- Integrate AI/ML models and generative AI tools to enhance application capabilities and development efficiency.
- Conduct code reviews, debugging, and quality assurance to uphold coding standards and best practices.
- Provide technical guidance to small engineering teams and contribute to continuous process improvements.
What you'll bring: - Proficiency in object-oriented programming and documentation-based coding practices to ensure modular, maintainable software.
- Experience developing and delivering features using languages such as Java, JavaScript, Python, or C++ within agile teams.
- Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to analyze requirements and translate them into technical designs.
- Knowledge of continuous integration, automated testing, and deployment pipelines to support full software lifecycle execution.
- Familiarity with microservices architecture and cloud-based application development.
- Ability to conduct code reviews, debugging, and quality assurance to maintain high standards.
- Experience integrating AI/ML components and leveraging generative AI tools to enhance development efficiency.

The annual salary range for this position is $104,000.00 - $202,000.00
Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses.
