About the team: The CoreHR group drives the development and enhancement of a scalable SAP SuccessFactors SaaS ecosystem supporting key technology and business initiatives globally. This team leads strategic delivery and continuous optimization of HRMS capabilities, ensuring consistent experiences across markets. Collaborating closely with business partners and product owners, the team designs and implements solutions across multiple SuccessFactors modules, including Employee Central and Talent. It emphasizes reliability, scalability, and operational excellence through strong engineering and integration practices. Operating across the US and India, the team plays a vital role in advancing enterprise strategy and delivering a world-class associate experience.
What you'll do: - Translate complex business requirements into effective solution designs aligned with organizational strategy.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to analyze business metrics and recommend process improvements.
- Develop detailed technical documentation and configuration plans to support solution implementation.
- Evaluate emerging technologies and industry trends to inform solution innovation and risk management.
- Lead integration and testing efforts to ensure seamless functionality across platforms.

- Support project execution by coordinating cross-functional teams and monitoring progress against objectives.

The annual salary range for this position is $80,000.00 - $155,000.00
Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses.
