Role summary:

The Senior Manager, Software Engineering, leads platform-level execution of software and AI/ML systems, ensuring alignment with strategic priorities and roadmap milestones. This role oversees technical delivery, lifecycle management, and cloud-native architecture while driving continuous improvement through DevOps practices and automation. The position requires collaboration across teams to integrate AI capabilities, optimize cloud costs, and maintain high system availability. Additionally, the role involves mentoring engineers, managing stakeholder relationships, and ensuring technical excellence to deliver scalable, secure, and maintainable solutions that support business objectives and innovation.
What you'll do:
  • Lead platform-level execution of software and AI/ML systems, ensuring alignment with domain priorities and roadmap milestones.
  • Oversee shared infrastructure, tooling, and frameworks to support scalable, secure development and seamless system integration.
  • Drive full software development lifecycle across teams, championing DevOps architecture, CI/CD practices, and cloud cost optimization.
  • Collaborate with product and data teams to design and deliver AI-integrated software serving millions of users.

The annual salary range for this position is $110,000.00 - $220,000.00

Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses.
