About the team: The retail services team develops and maintains core systems that enable seamless omni-channel experiences with speed and reliability. This group manages payment processing, directed spend, and promotional campaigns while ensuring compliance with financial regulations. Focused on scalable, multi-tenant, client-agnostic solutions, the team supports business and customer needs through agile collaboration. Emphasizing technical excellence, continuous improvement, and strong governance, members work together to solve complex challenges, drive innovation, and uphold high standards of quality and performance across all deliverables.
What you'll do: - Lead platform-level execution of software and AI/ML systems, ensuring alignment with domain priorities and roadmap milestones.
- Oversee shared infrastructure, tooling, and ML frameworks to support scalable, secure development.
- Drive full software development lifecycle across multiple teams, championing DevOps architecture and CI/CD practices.
- Implement cloud cost optimization and automation to enhance operational efficiency and system reliability.
- Mentor engineers, guide architectural decisions, and promote technical quality and compliance standards.
- Manage stakeholder relationships to align engineering efforts with business goals and track key performance metrics.
- Foster continuous improvement by identifying opportunities to enhance processes, tools, and products.

The annual salary range for this position is $143,000.00 - $286,000.00
Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses.
