What you'll do: - Drive execution of business plans by identifying operational needs, setting priorities, and removing performance barriers.
- Lead multiple projects by defining scope, establishing milestones, managing resources, and tracking progress.
- Develop associates through training, mentoring, and coaching.
- Analyze processes to identify improvements, develop solutions, and ensure sustainable implementation.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align strategies and drive process change initiatives.

The annual salary range for this position is $116,000.00 - $174,000.00
Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses.
