The Senior Manager I, Operations Improvement, Facility, leads the execution of strategic business plans and process enhancements to optimize operational performance. This role involves managing multiple projects, driving process improvement initiatives, and fostering a collaborative team environment through coaching and development. The position requires effective communication with stakeholders to align priorities, remove obstacles, and ensure compliance with company policies. By leveraging data-driven insights and change management expertise, the role supports sustainable process improvements that enhance efficiency, cost-effectiveness, and associate engagement within the facility.
What you'll do:

The annual salary range for this position is $116,000.00 - $174,000.00

Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses.

Additional compensation for certain positions may also include :

- Regional Pay Zone (RPZ) (based on location)
