Position Summary...The Senior Manager I, Facilities Maintenance for Health and Wellness Non-Store Operations leads the strategic oversight and execution of facility maintenance activities to ensure operational excellence and regulatory compliance. What you'll do...- Lead facility maintenance operations ensuring compliance with regulatory and safety standards across Health and Wellness Non-Store locations.
- Oversee vendor management, including performance monitoring, contract negotiation, and quality assurance to optimize service delivery.
- Develop and implement preventive and predictive maintenance programs to enhance facility reliability and reduce operating expenses.
- Manage budgets, track key performance indicators, and recommend operational improvements to support organizational goals.
- Facilitate cross-functional collaboration and communication to ensure seamless workflow and issue resolution.
- Coach and delegate tasks effectively to build team accountability and operational excellence.
