Position Summary...
The Senior Manager I, Facilities Maintenance for Health and Wellness Non-Store Operations leads the strategic oversight and execution of facility maintenance activities to ensure operational excellence and regulatory compliance. This role involves managing vendor relationships, supervising maintenance teams, and driving continuous improvement initiatives. The position requires expertise in technical schematics, electrical systems, and project management to maintain safe, efficient, and compliant facilities. Effective communication and collaboration across departments are essential to support business objectives and deliver sustainable facility operations aligned with organizational standards.

What you'll do...
  • Lead facility maintenance operations ensuring compliance with regulatory and safety standards across Health and Wellness Non-Store locations.
  • Oversee vendor management, including performance monitoring, contract negotiation, and quality assurance to optimize service delivery.
  • Develop and implement preventive and predictive maintenance programs to enhance facility reliability and reduce operating expenses.
