Position Summary...What you'll do...Role summary: The Senior Manager, Finance plays a critical role in driving financial planning, analysis, and risk mitigation to support business performance. This position leads complex financial modeling, develops control structures, and partners cross-functionally to enhance reporting transparency and operational efficiency. The role involves preparing presentations for senior leadership, guiding teams to meet performance standards, and fostering continuous improvement. What you'll do: - Prepare financial analyses and models to support planning and recommend future expense targets.
- Partner with cross-functional teams to analyze business performance and enhance financial reporting transparency.
- Manage complex control structures to mitigate risks and ensure compliance with financial policies and procedures.
- Develop and present financial forecasts, assumptions, and business cases to senior and executive management.
- Lead execution of business plans by identifying needs, setting priorities, and monitoring progress to achieve objectives.
- Supervise, mentor, and develop associates, fostering a collaborative and high-performing team environment.
- Promote continuous improvement by evaluating current initiatives and implementing efficiency enhancements.

The annual salary range for this position is $90,000.00 - $180,000.00
Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses.

Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field and 4 years' experience in accounting, finance, or related area OR 6 years' experience in accounting, finance, or related area.
1 year's experience leading and completing cross-functional projects.
1 year's supervisory experience.
