Position Summary...
The Senior Manager of Returns & Fraud Finance plays a critical role in driving financial planning and analysis by developing complex models, recommending expense targets, and evaluating business performance in collaboration with cross-functional teams. This role ensures robust financial controls and enhances reporting transparency while supporting key business decisions through detailed financial presentations. Leading multiple projects, the position fosters team development, promotes adherence to company policies, and maintains high ethical standards. The Senior Manager also partners with stakeholders to optimize efficiency, mitigate risks, and support continuous improvement aligned with organizational goals.

What you'll do...
  • Prepare financial analyses and models to support planning and recommend future expense targets.
  • Partner with cross-functional teams to analyze business performance and enhance reporting transparency.
  • Communicate financial results, forecasts, and variances to senior management and support business decision-making.
