What you'll do...
About the Role
We are seeking a Senior Director to lead a critical organization responsible for aligning workforce capacity, associate time, and operational execution to real customer demand at enterprise scale.
This role combines platform ownership and changes leadership with greenfield innovation. The successful leader will drive workforce planning and execution systems while building new capabilities that connect associate behavior to measurable store and customer outcomes. This is a highly visible role requiring executive presence, strong systems thinking, and comfort operating in ambiguity.

What you'll do:
  • Lead a large, globally distributed engineering organization across the U.S. and India.
  • Provide a data driven approach for optimizing associate time and oncomes by suggesting next best actions.
  • Own workforce planning and demand-alignment platforms, including scheduling, staffing, and labor forecasting capabilities.
  • Drive complex change initiatives across product, business, and engineering stakeholders, influencing senior leaders.
  • Scale capabilities across U.S. and international markets while moving toward globally unified solutions.
  • Drive innovation in undefined problem spaces, building new technology where requirements evolve over time.
  • Ensure engineering work is tightly linked to business and store-level outcomes through strong metrics and data analysis.
  • Foster a culture of quantitative, outcome-driven decision-making.
