What you'll do: - Provide expert guidance to business stakeholders by translating talent needs into actionable recruitment strategies aligned with organizational goals.

- Lead proactive sourcing initiatives using advanced techniques and digital tools to identify and engage high-potential candidates.

The annual salary range for this position is $90,000.00 - $180,000.00
Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses.
