About the team: The team is central to the SAMS supply chain, managing end-to-end processes with a strong understanding of Walmart's operations and utilize them as a strong supporter and Partnership. Members are self-starters who excel in problem-solving and influencing cross-functional stakeholders. They collaborate closely to optimize merchandise flow, resolve escalations, and improve network efficiencies. The team leverages data analysis and root cause techniques to enhance supplier relationships and supply chain performance. Focused on continuous improvement, they drive process enhancements and support operational goals, ensuring effective communication and alignment across all supply chain partners to deliver consistent, high-quality results.
What you'll do: - Manage supply chain processes to ensure efficient merchandise flow through distribution networks and fulfillment centers.
- Analyze data from multiple stakeholders to identify and resolve shipping, receiving, inventory, and return issues.
- Collaborate with suppliers, transportation leaders, and internal teams to optimize supply chain execution and meet sales, inventory, and profitability goals.
- Lead continuous improvement initiatives by recommending process enhancements and cost reduction opportunities.
- Oversee performance reviews and provide corrective action recommendations to key stakeholders.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with business partners to support operational objectives.
- Supervise and mentor associates, fostering professional growth and accountability.

The annual salary range for this position is $70,000.00 - $130,000.00
Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses.
Additional compensation for certain positions may also include Regional Pay Zone (RPZ) (based on location).
