Job Overview
This role manages complex original equipment manufacturer (OEM) relationships and oversees embedded processes to ensure contract compliance. It leads reverse logistics initiatives, including inventory and lifecycle management for returnable stock keeping units (SKUs). The role involves forecasting and reporting costs associated with exchange programs and supports defect operations analysis (DOA). Success is measured by effective vendor communication, resolution of operational issues, and accurate financial forecasting. The work impacts organizational efficiency and customer satisfaction by optimizing vendor partnerships and reverse logistics operations.
Job Responsibilities:
Conduct regular meetings with OEMs to manage planning, track action items, and drive resolution of operational issues
Develop and deliver reporting dashboards and performance metrics to monitor program performance and inform decision-making
Create and review monthly and quarterly scorecards with OEMs to evaluate service levels and contract adherence
Develop rolling financial forecasts for repair, warranty, and extended warranty programs to support budget planning
Initiate and execute reverse logistics initiatives to improve cycle time, inventory accuracy, and financial outcomes
Audit and process invoices and credit memos to maintain financial accuracy and control
Also responsible for other duties/projects as assigned by business management as needed
Education and Work Experience:
Bachelor's Degree plus 3 years of related work experience
OR advanced degree with 1 year of related work experience
OR combination of education and experience deemed equivalent (Required)
Acceptable areas of study include Business, Finance or related field (Preferred)
2-4 years Vendor management or reverse logistics experience. (Required)
2-4 years Supply chain or inventory management experience. (Preferred)
SAP experience. (Preferred)
Wireless industry experience. (Preferred)

The base salary range for this role in Irving, TX is $104,500 - $141,400
Base Pay Range: $90,400 - $163,100
Corporate Bonus Target: 15%
The pay range above is the general base pay range for a successful candidate in the role. The successful candidate's actual pay will be based on various factors, such as work location, qualifications, and experience, so the actual starting pay will vary within this range.

Most Corporate employees are eligible for a year-end bonus based on company and/or individual performance and which is set at a percentage of the employee's eligible earnings in the prior year. Certain positions in Customer Care are eligible for monthly bonuses based on individual and/or team performance.
