Position Summary...

What you'll do...
Role summary:

The Manager, Project Management, supports the development and execution of sales enablement programs that improve associate performance, productivity, and business outcomes. This role partners with cross-functional stakeholders to plan, implement, and continuously improve training initiatives, curriculum, communications, documentation, and enablement resources. The manager oversees program operations, learning systems, governance, and reporting to ensure enablement programs are scalable, effective, and aligned with evolving business priorities. By managing multiple initiatives, leveraging performance data to drive continuous improvement, and fostering strong partnerships across the organization, this role helps equip sales teams with the knowledge, tools, and resources needed to succeed.
What you'll do:
  • Develop and maintain relationships with project sponsors and stakeholders to ensure alignment on requirements and expectations.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to assess costs, establish return on investment, and secure management approval for resources.
  • Create and execute communication plans detailing status updates, frequency, and distribution to relevant parties.
  • Manage multiple projects by developing and communicating project plans, schedules, and adhering to project management standards.
  • Monitor project budgets, milestones, and transitions, identifying and escalating changes as needed.
  • Provide supervision, mentoring, and development opportunities for associates to build a high-performing team.
  • Promote continuous improvement, accountability, and adaptability to meet business and customer needs.

What you'll bring:
  • Experience designing and delivering sales training, onboarding, or enablement programs for adult learners.
  • Proven ability to build curriculum, learning resources, and training programs from concept through execution.
  • Comfortable supporting sales organizations, with knowledge of modern sales methodologies (e.g., Challenger).
  • Strong program and project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple initiatives and deliver high-quality results in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent cross-functional collaboration and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence without direct authority.

Bentonville, Arkansas US-30008: The annual salary range for this position is $70,000.00 - $130,000.00

Bellevue, Washington US-11663: The annual salary range for this position is $84,000.00 - $156,000.00

Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses.
