About the team: The WFS PMO team leads programs and strategic initiatives aligned with the MP Business strategy. The team collaborates across functions to manage priorities, build strong stakeholder relationships, and ensure accountability in delivering results. It focuses on continuous improvement, adaptability, and effective communication to meet business objectives. By leveraging project management expertise and business process knowledge, the team drives program execution, monitors performance, and supports organizational goals. What you'll do: - Coordinate and oversee program activities by developing and maintaining relationships with key stakeholders to support business objectives.
- Lead cross-functional teams to implement program plans, manage expectations, and ensure timely delivery of milestones and high-level deliverables.
- Monitor program performance by analyzing key performance indicators, conducting root cause analyses, and preparing reports for senior leadership.
- Identify improvement opportunities and recommend process enhancements to increase service and product capabilities.
- Provide supervision, mentoring, and development opportunities for associates to build accountability and promote continuous learning.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and uphold standards of ethics and integrity in all program activities.

San Bruno, California US-08848: The annual salary range for this position is $91,000.00 - $169,000.00
Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses.
